Hi there! We are Brandon and Laura, a couple excited to grow our family through adoption. We love Jesus and look forward to teaching our child about Him. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and our favorite activity is camping as a family.

Laura is a stay-at-home mom to our 3-year-old son and looks forward to continuing that. Brandon owns a plumbing company, works hard to provide for our family, and enjoys what he does. We are excited to learn more about you and are praying for you. We are open to sending photos and scheduled visits each year. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our Story

We met and dated in high school, got married young, and have been married for 9 years. We love being involved in our church and spending time with friends and family, doing all these things with our son. We are thankful for the opportunity to adopt and have always talked about adoption over the years. After struggling with infertility, we know now is the perfect time. We dream of having a big family one day!

Some other things we enjoy are:

  • Small group at our church
  • Camping
  • Traveling as a family
  • Spending time with our son, Zeke
  • Doing projects outside as a family

  • Meet Laura

Brandon Says: Laura is the kind of wife and mother you want to have. She is supportive, smart, and she cares about us, helping me with anything she can. I can go to work every day and do not have to worry about Zeke because I know she is taking care of him. Loving, caring, nurturing, smart, supportive, and an amazing homemaker best describe her. Laura is excited to love and care for our new child showing them our favorite activities as a family such as Christmas morning, family dinner get-togethers, Sunday church, and camping adventures.

    Laura Likes:

  • Watching the sunrise in the morning from our living room chair
  • Morning Bible time
  • Honey breve lattes
  • Family time in the evenings

  • Meet Brandon

Laura Says: Brandon is patient, selfless, kind, passionate, and funny. He always has a positive attitude, and you can often find him going about his day whistling a tune. Brandon truly enjoys helping others. He is also a very hard worker. Brandon owns a plumbing business and genuinely loves what he does. He has an ability to fix just about anything around the house, which never fails to impress me. Seeing Brandon be a dad to our son is a joy to watch; he looks forward to seeing our son be a big brother and watch their relationship grow.

    Brandon Likes:

  • Doing just about anything outdoors
  • Working on things around the house
  • Movie nights with the family
  • Building fires in our wood stove and chopping/stacking wood

  • Our Son and Family

Our Son: We have a 3-year-old son named Zeke. He is an energetic little boy who loves to explore with us on our camping adventures and outside around our home. Zeke is excited to welcome a sibling into our home and wants to teach him/her how to play with toys.

Our Extended Family: We are thankful to have family and a great support system living close by. We are neighbors with Laura's parents, so we see them often and it is a blessing to have them live so close. Brandon's parents live about 30 minutes away and we often get together with them for family dinners or just to catch up on life. Both sets of grandparents are very supportive and excited to welcome a new grandchild into their lives. We both have siblings who are married with kids who live close by as well, and join in on family dinners, get-togethers, and sometimes even camping trips with us!

    Our Home in Oregon

We live in the beautiful, green, tree-filled Pacific Northwest. We love the changing of the seasons here and that we can travel to the beach, mountains, or high desert for day trips. We recently had the opportunity to move into Laura's childhood home, a 3-bedroom home on an acre. We are excited to live here and make it our own. We plan to stay here for a long time; it's a perfect place to raise a family, and we love that it has room to explore outside and have a few chickens and a garden. We enjoy the back deck that has a view with a nice fire in the cool fall evenings. Our home is our safe place, and we are always looking forward to being home as a family playing with our son or making meals as a family.

    Our Promise

Thank you for considering us to be your child's adoptive family. We promise to take care of and love your child always. You are a huge part of their story, and they will always know about you and their adoption story. We will always encourage them and help them grow into the person God created them to be. We look forward to raising them to be honest and kind, and to encourage them as they grow. We are open to annual visits, letters, photos, and updates if that is something you would like.

We’d love to talk or answer any of your questions. Please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.

    More About Our Family

    Our Special Interests

We love springtime in Oregon! It's such a beautiful time when the weather turns sunny and warm. We enjoy planting our garden in the spring and watching it grow throughout the summer. We learn and grow with our garden every year.

    Our Faith

We look forward to sharing our faith in Jesus with our next child. We have a great church community of people around us who believe in Jesus that we get to share life with. 1 John 4:19 says "We love because he first loved us." We are thankful to get to share this love of Jesus.

    Our Camping Adventures

We enjoy exploring new campgrounds! We have a travel trailer and truck that we load up and take off for short weekend trips in the summer/springtime. Our favorite is camping by a lake and doing some fishing on the lake.

    Future Pets

We would love to have our kids grow up with a dog; we have plans in the future to surprise our kids with a dog someday, just not sure when yet. Currently we just have a few chickens and ducks that our son loves to help care for.

    In Closing

Thank you for considering us to be adoptive parents; we are truly grateful to be considered by you! We have been praying for you and your child during this time. We want you to know that you are loved, and we are looking forward to getting to know you.
