Hi, we’re Hannah & Eric from Texas! Hannah is a high school dance teacher, Eric is a data analyst, and we have been together for 7 years. We are an energetic and fun-loving couple who are ready to be hands-on parents. We look forward to raising our child with the love & support of both of our families, as well as making lasting memories through travel, play, and faith.

It has always been our plan to form our family through adoption -- in fact, Hannah has wanted to adopt since she was 14 years old! We want to support you in whatever way you feel comfortable, whether that be more hands on or hands off. We will always share this special connection and want you to feel respected and cared for as we go through this journey together.

About Us

We were set up on a blind date while we worked at Walt Disney World. We had so much in common, from our love of Marvel movies to growing up in the same town! We’ve been together for 7 years and married for 3. Our plan has always been to adopt -- we have never thought of another way to build our family!

Together, we like to:

• Eat--we love trying new restaurants, cooking together, and reviewing our latest meals


• Travel--anything Disney, relaxing at the beach, or visiting out of state/country relatives


• Exercise--we love physical activities, such as walking or riding bikesWe are looking forward to all elements of parenthood! Eric can’t wait for baby giggles & snuggles, while Hannah is excited for bubble baths and bedtime stories.

About Hannah

Hannah is kind, caring, funny, and hardworking. As a dance teacher, she loves to work with children, and the best part about her job is getting to see her students shine on stage -- seeing them have the confidence to perform makes it all worth it!

Some of her interests include:

• Baking, especially large cakes for events--even a few wedding cakes!


• Reading--she’ll read just about anything


• Crafting--she often has a project going on her sewing machineHannah is excited to share many things with her child(ren), including:


• Travel--the beach is one of her favorite places on earth!


• Education--she loves to learn and wants to share it with everyone


• Faith--a relationship with the Lord will be the most precious thing she can share with a child

About Eric

Eric is funny, lighthearted, genuine, and is usually called a “gentle giant”. Eric works as a Sales Operations Analyst, which is a fancy way of saying he works on spreadsheets all day.

Eric’s interests include:

• Reading Sci-Fi & Fantasy Novels


• Following Major League Baseball--the sport in general, but he roots for the Astros and Blue Jays


• Grilling--he’s mastered steak kabobs and loves trying new recipesEric is excited to:


• Support and get involved in his child’s interests (he may be crossing his fingers to coach tee-ball)


• Help his child(ren) grow in their faith


• Share some of his favorite travel destinations with his child--Disney or the beach!

Our Family

Our families are both so excited for this adoption journey!

Hannah’s family consists of:

• 3 brothers, all married


• Mom & Dad--Hannah’s mom was actually adopted herself, so this is extra special for her!Part of her family lives close by, while the others are spread out in & outside of the country. Eric’s family consists of:


• 1 married sister

• 2 niecesThey all live within 45 minutes of us. We try to get together with both of our families as often as possible. We’re so excited for them to share special family traditions with our child, such as Secret Santa, yearly Disney trips, and lively rounds of Uno.

Our Home in Texas

Our home is in the suburbs of central Texas. It's a two-story craftsman with a fenced in backyard and cozy patio, complete with a grill and fire pit -- perfect for roasting hotdogs & making s'mores. Our house is directly across the street from our neighborhood park, and we often see families in the neighborhood gathering there.

We have an elementary and middle school located in our neighborhood as well, both roughly a 10-minute walk away. Our home has 4 bedrooms, and we already have one set aside as the baby's room! It connects to a large secondary living room, which will be perfect for playtime, movies, or building forts. We have to say, we truly love our home -- it's a little big for us now, but it's the perfect size for a growing family!
