Hello from North Carolina! We are excited for the opportunity to introduce ourselves to you and we cannot wait to grow our family through adoption. We are so excited to be parents and we are open to as much communication as you are comfortable with.

We are an active, young, Christian couple and we are ready to share our lives and our home with your child. We love to explore nearby cities, hike, garden, travel and spend time at home. That is our favorite place to be! We are active in our church and we cannot wait to share all of these things with your child.

We met at church and were friends for several years before God put us together. During our first year of marriage, we lived in Virginia and eventually moved back to our home country near all of our friends and family. We have been married for over 3 years now!

When we are not at work we enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to church, exploring the mountains or cities around us, or simply hanging out together at home. We have a love for the Lord, our church, our family, the outdoors, and traveling, and we cannot wait to share all of that with your child. On the weekends you can find us surrounded by friends and family eating big dinners, by the pool, working outside, exploring the mountains around us, or relaxing at home. We love taking day trips to a nearby city and when we can we love to get away for a weekend trip. We are so excited to include your child in these adventures and instill in them a love for the Lord and nature.

Emily is loving and wonderful with children. She enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. She loves to cook and experiment with new recipes. Her devotion to her students as a school teacher and her dedication to not only the education of her students but their wellbeing as well is a testament to how much she cares about children. She goes above and beyond to care for them when she sees a student in need. That outlook plays a large part in her passion for adoption. I know she will be a wonderful mother and is excited to share her recipes and love for reading with our child.

Jason is a kind, caring, and patient man who works as a Controls Engineer. I have never met someone as understanding and humble as he is. Jason is a wonderful singer and even was able to sing at our wedding! He enjoys golfing, hiking, playing games, singing, and spending time with friends and family. He is going to be such a wonderful dad, and I truly cannot wait to see him become a father. I know that our child will love and adore Jason just like everyone else who has come to know him over the years. Jason is thrilled to share his love of hiking, golf, and games with your child!

Family is very important to us and we are thankful and blessed to be close to each of our families. We have different traditions on each side of the family. Every holiday and birthday we are surrounded by family and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We live about 8 minutes from Emily’s parents, and 15 minutes from Jason’s parents. Jason’s sister is married with 2 children and one on the way. We love being an aunt and uncle to our niece and nephew and are thrilled to have another baby in the family. Emily’s brother and his wife currently live about 10 minutes from us and are currently trying to buy a house right behind us. It will be so nice having them so close. We see all of our family weekly and we are thankful that we have such a close relationship with them! They are already so excited to include them in family traditions, holiday celebrations, vacations, sporting events, and everyday life. 

Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a registered historic home on a quiet, beautiful street. We love the character it has (being over 100 years old) and are slowly updating parts of it. Our backyard is fenced in and is the perfect size for children to play in. We are surrounded by wonderful, caring neighbors that would do anything to help us if we needed them! Our street is within walking distance to our downtown area which has many local shops, restaurants, a park, and a music arena!

We promise to put God first in all things so that we can be the best parents to your child. We will love them unconditionally and provide them with so many wonderful opportunities in life. We will pray for them, read the Bible to them, and teach them about the Lord. As parents, we will share our love for our family, our friends, our church, and our community. As well as our passion for the outdoors, our animals, and the activities that we enjoy. Your child will grow up in a strong community that already loves and supports them. Education is important and we will take the educational route that best suits your child’s needs.
You will always be honored in our home. We promise to talk about your child’s story with them so they understand how adoption is such a special testimony. We are open to as much communication as you are comfortable with!
