https://vimeo.com/1099455817Hello! We are a young couple from Ohio, who are so excited to begin the journey of adoption! Hannah is a teacher at a childcare facility and Kaden is a bricklayer. We are currently expecting our first child in January, and we also have a dog named Coby that we absolutely love and adore. We are Christians and we are active volunteers at our church; we help with things like the nursery, kids church, and VBS. We are also youth directors at our summer church camp that we attend every year. We hope to get to know you and learn about your wants for your child. We are open to meeting with you as well, if you desire.
About Us
We have been together for 7 years and married for 3 of them. We are high school sweethearts; we met and fell in love in high school and that love continues to this day! We love playing with our dog, movie nights, going to the beach, golfing, and spending time with our family. We have been trying to start our family for 2 1/2 years now; however, after our third miscarriage, we decided to look into other ways of starting our family and decided adoption was the right fit for us. We look forward to teaching our children about God, teaching them our traditions, and watching them grow up!
About Hannah
Kaden says: Hannah is fun, silly, caring, and almost always has a smile on her face. She is a childcare teacher who works with children ages newborn to 2 years old. She loves her job and loves watching the babies take milestones for the first time.
Her interests/hobbies include:
- Reading
- Shopping with her sisters
- Decorating cakes
- Family game nights
She has been wanting to be a mother for as long as she can remember. Everyone always calls her the "baby whisperer" because she is so good with kids. She looks forward to watching our child develop interests of their own and become their own unique person!
About Kaden
Hannah says: Kaden is funny, goofy, loving, and like Hannah's grandma likes to call him "a giant teddy bear". He is a bricklayer and a very hard worker. He is always doing some type of work around the house or side jobs of his own; he loves being busy and building new things.
His hobbies/interests are:
- Golfing
- Fishing
- Playing with our dog
- Playing on our church softball team
He cannot wait to be a father and teach our kids new things. He is always so goofy and silly with kids and knows how to entertain a child. He looks forward to watching our baby have their first words and first steps, and watching them learn everything for the first time!
Our Family
We live a couple blocks away from Hannah's mom and about 5 minutes away from Kaden's parents. We both have big families who we see almost every weekend. We are the first to adopt in either of our families, and they are all very supportive of our adoption. They are so excited for us and have helped us in every way possible.
We look forward to taking our child to:
- Swim days at our aunt's house in the summer
- Church camp every summer
- Beach vacations we go on every other summer
- Grandma's house for lunch after church on Sundays
- Monthly family game nights
We are so beyond blessed with the families that we have been given and would not change them for the world. We can't wait to bring our child into our wonderful families and raise them in a Christian home, like we both experienced growing up.
Our Home in Ohio
We live in a small town in Ohio that we both grew up in. We live in a 3-bedroom brick house that Kaden's dad owns (and grew up in) that we rent from him. We also have our dog, Coby, who lives with us. He is a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever mix, so he is a bigger dog but is a gentle giant. We live very close to both of our families as well as the local school district, football stadium, park, and our city's downtown area. We updated the house before we moved into it in November of 2021, so it is fairly modern. We have slowly been making our house a home and look forward to when we have little feet running all around it!
Our Promise
We promise to always protect, love, and care for your child. We promise to raise them to be respectful and responsible. We promise to try our best to learn their cultures/traditions, if needed. We plan to raise them as Christians, as we were both raised that way. We will always support their dreams and their education. We plan to save money for them for college or for whatever they want to do in the future. We will be understanding and caring parents. We look forward to raising our children and taking them on fun adventures, as well as sharing their adoption story with them and always being open and honest with them.

More About Our Family
When I was little, I wanted to be...
-When Kaden was little, he wanted to be a Major League Baseball player. He loved baseball as a kid, and he currently plays on our church's softball team.
-When Hannah was little, she wanted to be a professional dancer/ballerina. She danced from age 2 up until 14, and she loved doing it.
Our Faith
We are both Christians and attend church regularly. We both love God and believe Jesus is our Lord and Savior. We both grew up in church. Hannah went to vacation Bible school and church camp every summer. Kaden also went to vacation Bible school, as well as participated in the Wednesday night "Awanas" program at church. We love Jesus and we look forward to watching our kids develop a relationship with the Lord as well!
Our Musical Interest
We both love music! Kaden mostly likes country and Christian music, and Hannah loves a lot of different genres of music, with her favorite being Christian. Hannah grew up listening to old school rap and old country music. She took drum lessons as a kid and used to sing at her church. Kaden slowly got more into music when he met Hannah, and since then we have enjoyed going to multiple concerts and musicals.
