|More About Our Family
|Our Special Interests|
We enjoy taking dance classes, going on weekend getaways, hot cocoa by the fireplace on cold nights, and exploring nearby attractions.
Our Catholic Christian faith is so important to us because it guides every aspect of our lives; our decision making, our parenting, and relationships with others. As a family we pray every morning and evening knowing our lives are dependent on God. This is what we plan to share with our children.
|Our Musical Interest|
We have very eclectic musical tastes. Philip likes regional American roots based music such as blues, bluegrass, Tejano-Conjunto, and Texas Country music. Maritza like contemporary Christian music and fiddle based western swing. We enjoy date nights to see live music when able and dancing to country and Tejano music.
|About Our Home|
We live in a traditional, single story 4 bedroom home on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by children. We have plenty of room in our home to play. It has a nice sized fenced in back yard with lots of room for outdoor activities and backyard games. In the summer, we have enjoyed a slip and slide with small kiddie pool. We love to host small get togethers with family and friends and they have often stated that we have a warm, inviting, and welcoming home.
|Our Children||Augustine who we call Augie is our witty, funny, 6 year old boy. He loves to learn about dinosaurs, dogs, and most animals. He enjoys playing outside with neighborhood friends and playing with our little puppy "Duke". In the summer he loves swimming and going to the splash pad with his cousins. We take regular family summer vacations. Augie has already visited the beaches in California, Florida, and North Carolina. He's been to the Grand Canyon and the Alamo. He is looking forward to becoming a big brother! |

We feel privileged to be considered as adoptive parents for your child. Our commitment for your child will be to provide the best life possible. We will love and care for him or her by providing for their needs in a nurturing way. They will live in home in which our Catholic faith is practiced. We will take them to church and help them to live out their faith, as they learn values, like being respectful, honorable, kind, compassionate, and honest. We will encourage their education, help them in their struggles, and be there to support them in all the stages of their life. We will be honest and open with them as they learn about their adoption story and we are open to continue contact with you after the adoption.
